combat pvp is just lol but if you really wanna try it i would say this:

but really, if you want pvp, go mut or sub. anything else, forfeit.

If you want to do combat pvp, I'd suggest

or

with the glyphs of sinister strike, cloak of evasion, and something else. It doesn't have have Killing Spree, but will give you what you need against other stealthed targets. The differences are in Lethality vs. Adrenaline Rush and Vitality, which seems to be a hard decision in my book. Dropping a point of Opportunity for Ghostly Strike seems like a fair idea.

is a decent start for a Mutilate PvP build, though there's some discrepancy with Improved Kidney Shot, Find Weakness, and Quick Recovery. Some like to pick up Ghostly Strike as well. Glyphs are generally Mutilate, Cloak of Shadows, and a third that's iffy.

is a Subtlety build that I've been working with, though haven't tested. I know the Backstab builds are iffy, but something I've been curious about. Glyphs are probably Cloak of Shadows, Shadow Dance, and an iffy third.

Combat PvP actually isn't all that bad like everyone says it is, I would prefer Mut but I think Combat and Sub are actually equal.
Mutilate is easier, in theory. Lacking the positioning requirement for mutilate is huge, Overkill is amazing for opening, Deadly Brew means we can simply knock out other poisons than Crippling, and has plenty of tricks.

Mutilate dominates in PvP. Most Rogues are 41/5/25 (Mutilate & Preparation). Here is my character sheet. I am not entirely geared, but I hope it will help. Although when the Darkmoon Faire comes by again; I will have the Greatness Card.
