I know they said they will be adding more but the thing that really bugged me in bear form is that the right paw looks way too bent inwards, other than that its a nice improvement, however im going to add my opinion that the druid shapeshift form for bear, looks pretty much nothing like a bear... bears and taurens do not have eyebrows either so why does the shapeshift form have them?
Although they are a mix of bear and tauren/night elf i think they could have done a better job. especially since this look has not been changed for years and all that was added is some new skins/colour

I'm quite disappointed with the new system as well as the models.
Originally they were going to go with a minor Glyph system that allowed you to select your forms by adding the glyphs. They decided not to do that.
Now your form is determined by your caster form coloration. This means that you can not choose your cat and bear skin. You can go to the barbershop and change your look and then get stuck with a new Cat/Bear combo.
However, this means that you can only choose one form you like. You are stuck with whatever caster appearance that you have to accept to get the Bear look you want and then you have to suffer through whatever Cat appearance comes with it.
This system fails to provide the original intent of selectable skins. We can't actually choose a set of skins we like. We can only choose one we like, if one exists, and then suck it up.
Druids have been sucking it up for Four years now. That's long enough.
Blizzard needs to meet it's promise.
Druid skins for models that aren't ugly. (We have had the placeholder Tauren cat for long enough.)
A system that allows the druid to select the skins they want to use.
The planned implementation fails.
It's perfectly reasonable. Why wouldn't your forms be at least partially based on how you looked in caster form?

EDIT: I have Purple Hair Blizz, I sure as hell hope you make my bear form a bright shade of Violet.
Failing that, if the Green Bears/Cats look really really good I may head for the nearest salon...

I love my bear, don't get me wrong...and personally, I think tauren got the short end of the stick where druid looks are concerned. Nonetheless, I am very, very tired of what my forms look like.
Let's hope Blizz doesn't blow it.

For those who are blind, the new models aren't a simple recolor of the old ones. Yes they are similar, but the new ones are much more detailed.
Trees got their model with the arrival of BC (the patch right before), so it doesn't look that dated. I don't remember whether moonkin form was there from the start or not, but since the population is lower it's not surprising that we aren't in the first batch. It'll also allow Blizzard to work out some of the kinks in the new system, so while i'd like to see tree and moonkin new models too i can wait for them a bit more.

Moonkin replaced Hurricane as a Balance Talent. IIRC, Moonkin was added in v1.8.0

Bent right paw?
Maybe the bear has to support his own weight on one of his front paws while he mauls his target with the other, hence the bear requires to have the "supportive" paw as close to the center of his body to balance his weight... Watch videos of bears mauling stuff and notice the paws... Look at

when the bear first tries to claw the cougar, and right after, you can see his right paw moving inward before he tries to attack, then moving back outward right after (around 0:13 and 0:15).
Model looks nothing like a bear?
You're right about eyebrows, but if you look at the current form and think it doesn't look anything like a bear, please tell me what it looks like... IMHO, despite the horns and eyebrows it still looks like a bear more than anything else...
They could have done a better job?
It's still in development...! Maybe wait until it hits live before complaining, or better yet, join the test servers and help Blizzard improve their ideas by pointing out flaws and suggesting better ideas to the dev. team.
I'll tell you what I tell every other people I feel are complaining for nothing (IMHO, obv.)... If you think you can do better than Blizzard, design your own MMO, I know 10 million people who'd pay you ~20$ a month if you manage that... :P

i dont even care if some are recolours other forms/colors = more choice and if you get sick of the one you have you can just recolor you hair ;P
