Heal depending on the situation. Sometimes you might need a HL (last boss UP has an ability that cuts your tanks HP in half) and sometimes you can just keep SS up and FoL spam (trash mobs and alot of bosses) there's no be all end all way of healing.
Mana shouldn't be any problems unless either you/the tank/the dps is undergeared. Just remember to use DP in between fights and you shouldn't have to worry that much. Glyph Divinity if you're worried and you'll have a 7.8k mana pot.
GSoW > SoL unless you're into PvP. SoW also helps if you're worried about mana. Melee some on the trash and you'll get alot of mana back.
Holy Shock is awesome. Be mindful with how you use it though. Dont use it to heal unless you're really short on time. Divine Favor to force crit a HS and then cast a HL with 20% increased crit chance is awesome and cheap as hell if the HL crits as well.
