Overburdened
This is one thing I'd like to see.
I hope we can make a list here and maybe someone make it
like a guide after.
Not only for lvl 80.
Which instances can be soloed(regardless of time but time noted if someone has it)
Which specs could solo "xxxx" instance.
And level.
eg. LvL 65 ARMS can solo Maraudon but can't remember details. sunken temple would take too much time etc.
If anyone likes the idea we could make a complete list.
From RFC to heroics and warrior tank with healer.

Generally DPS can solo anything 20 levels below, at 80 at prot warrior can solo a 70 heroic and for a regular 70 dungeon he could pull half the place and still clear it.

I'd be interested to know too. I've been taking my friends alts through various low level (sub level 55) instances which I find a breeze to do, given we now have enraged regeneration its even easier.
It'd be nice to know what instances people are able to trivially solo, perhaps for making some cash, as for me, mining for endless hours (albeit pretty profitable), is such a drain.

In prot (arms for a few fights) i have cleared Mechanaar heroic, up to last boss botanica heroic, first boss mana tombs heroic, to last boss mgt heroic, to last boss mgt norm, to last boss shadow lab norm. Old hillsbr norm, sethh halls norm, bm norm (a lot of times, like that instance)

AQ20 is possible. I did it using a fury/prot spec with most of my healing through glyphed bloodthirst. It's no cakewalk though; various mobs do % of life attacks and even taking two in a row is likely to kill you.
Also, it's slow. Ossirian took 14 minutes.
Its hard to solo 20 AQ with a warrior I didn't try it but I think you need good gear to do it .

I was using crafted Titansteel armor, heroic badge bought stuff, Naxx10, etc. gear. Not exactly super, mondo epic'd out.
I have tried to solo AQ 20 and even I could not do it. I had to bring 2 extra players for Ossirian and still could not win. Personally I do not know if you are a bad ass player or not but I find it hard to believe that anyone can solo Ossirian. The buff it got does way too much damage (it did 2.3k damage to me when i had 61% mitigation) and you click the crystals near him to remove the debuff of Ossirian and gotta keep on kiting him around to the other crystals in the area then. (LOL IM SOUNDING NOOB)
As for you Overburdened, if you are a prot warrior. i suggest try to 2 man ZG each 3 days if you want money (suggest enchancement shaman). I made a killing of reputation and about 150g of loot and boss kills. Also its a great place if you are trying to farm the 2 mounts that inhabit Zul'Gurub, The tiger mount of Thekal or the raptor mount from Bloodlord Mandokir. Its also a rewarding fun instance where you can also spend some good time with your buddies :).
Hakkar is also a joke when 2 manning with a friend, only problem is if you are bringing a cloth wearer cause Hakkar does do some decent damage to cloth.

As a 80 prot warrior, I've solo'd Zul'gurub's Tiger, panther, and Jin'do.
(Inc Wall o' Text crit for 9k!)
For Thekal, you need to be careful with the heals from Lor'khan. One missed heal isn't terrible depending on your gear. As for Zath, his gouge isn't bad as being attacked by all three means you lose it as quickly as you can get it. Obviously the most important thing to worry about is killing them all at the same time, so the best thing to do is switch out your target when your current one is about 20%. Having Glyph of Cleaving is nice for this fight, when you want to dump rage (as compared to devastate, which only hits one target). It's also nice to note that Thekal in this phase is able to be disarmed. Once you killed all three, it's best to use Last Stand + Enraged Regeneration at this time. And once, you get to phase two, he's easy enough to kill, so long as you can keep your back to a corner in his hut thing, otherwise you can go flying from his force punches (and they hit you more often than you'd think). One last thing to note is that he's able to summon two tigers at this phase, but are very low health and can be killed by a shockwave and some cleaves.
For Arlokk, you can simply back into a corner and allow the adds to come and just attack the boss. You can spell reflect her Shadow Word: Pain when she's in her troll form. Be sure to add a rend on her when she goes panther form, because she'll go stealth shortly after. When she goes stealth, just shockwave and thunder clap the adds, and cleave the remaining living ones. Just wait until she gets out of stealth and attack. She'll return to troll form and repeat the process. Rinse, repeat, and she's dead.
Jin'do the Hexxer is the easiest of the three, as his MC will heal you to full and he wont heal from this bug. Just ignore any of his shadow images as they'll ignore you after the MC, and they're immune to AoE's and cleaves. Skeletons have very low health and any AoE can kill them quickly.
All other bosses I've tried have killed me (not sure what I have to do to kill them) and I dunno what to do for them.

As either a Prot or Fury warrior, I managed to solo the undead side of Stratholme (the old level 60 one) at level 80. Do note I had Enraged Regeneration and Lifeblood (Herbalism) to heal myself, as well as a nice pile of food. The only reason I managed to survive was I had some
Moist Towelettes
on me, to get rid of the
debuf
that
reduced
stopped my healing.
