What's your healing rotation?

I've began recently to lvl up my old UD Priest, 73 now. =D My main was a 80 Resto druid so I'm familiar with the healing side of the game. However, priest heal quite differently than druids do. Before I would just use Rejuv, Regrowth, and a WG and be good to go and change it up or add heals pending on the encounter, but for the most part it was almost always the same rotation well over 90% of the fights I did.
So my question is this, what do you use to keep the tanks and raid up for healing, and even in 5 mans? I've found that PoM spam and Renew seem to do the trick, but if I stuck with Fheal than I went oom very fast. CoH is badass but is costs to much mana at the moment for my mana pool to really handle it.
So I'm wondering what are you doing to keep up the tank/raid, and what heals are you using to not go oom.
By the way I am Holy speced, and here is my armory if need be.

there is no real rotation as such. Just things that need to be used. You will go OOM fast when your lvl 73 its only when you get to around 78 that the gear starts to improve.
Your spec as holy seems ok except the use of Blessed Res. Its a pvp talent and no used in pve, unless of course you were using it to grind?
head to the useful threads section and look up the holy builds there.
shud be a good read for you :)

Ok but I was hoping to get an answer for what people "generally" use. There is obviously no rotation in healing, unlike in DPS or Tanking, however there's common things you will find you're doing over and over again. My question again is this...what do you normally do when healing?
As an example, I generally use PoM, Renew, and toss up a shield. Keeps them alive most of the time, however if they dip low I use Fheal but go oom very fast.
How can I counter this, possibly with a better rotation or method? Any ideas?

To keep mana up you want to stay out of the 5sr if you can, so rather than a rotation, keep the tank renewed and know what to do when he goes low so you can get him healed up and you can get back out of 5sr again. It takes practise and knowing how to judge how much damage the tank will take but mana is always going to be an issue before you get close to 80.
