Leveling a Paladin: Motivation

Hi. I have a level 80 dps warrior and i want to re-roll a paladin, to level as ret and go prot and tank at 80.
However, i have tried this before, and usually wind up going back on my warrior before breaking level 25 or so.
So my point is, does anyone know of a way to motivate myself to get my ass in gear? I bought the heirlooms and everything, and i simply cannot hunker down and do it. Maybe its because of how its just: judgement..... judgment..... judgement in the starting levels. Does leveling a paladin get any better?

The first 20 levels are the most difficult. You're 25 so you've got past that. Now go make
glowing patterns
or throw
shiny blasts of retribution
if you think just judgment is too boring.
Your next attack comes at 50
.
Boring, I know. It'll get much much MUCH better
after 60
.
Thanks. I mean, im so excited to tank the @#&t out of things at 80, but how do i keep myself from being distracted by my warrior? Do you have any suggestions?

Or, don't level ret...
Really it could be the play style. Level prot. I was leveling ret and gave up around lvl 30... almost gave up on my paladin. Went prot and have never looked back.
I have to agree with this. I tried to play ret, but i didnt find it very satisfying, changed to prot and been having a blast ever since. It might be a bit expensive, but since your paladin is sponsored.. Change specs a few times. Its fun. Play prot, play ret, play shockadin!
