Anything with hit on, healers leave alone (unless it's an upgrade a dps doesn't need). Everything else, fair game.
You might want to add druids to your list of cloth wearers too, some of their BiS items are cloth.

Because of Blizzard's RETARDED move to take away +healing/+spell dmg, these are *my* guidelines.
Hit = DPS.
Mp5 = Healers.
Spirit is now beneficial for DPS as well... thus that cannot be a determining factor.
