Fury DPS, more Crit, AP, Hit, Expertise?

I normally run as a Prot tank, but I logged out in my dps gear last night. Wasn't impressed with my numbers last night in Vault (not the best place to do it) and wanted some advice on what I should focus on next. I'm still a Fury fan, mostly because I don't have access to a better 2H Axe or Polearm. Can someone take a look at the numbers and suggest if I should aim for more Crit, AP, Hit, or Expertise?
My Armory is in my sig.
For those folks who don't want to look, here are the clift notes:
3328 AP (not sure if they factor in Serk stance with Imp Serk talent) 10 man buffed to around 5k
358 Hit Rating
27.43% Crit (30.43% Crit in Zerk stance unbuffed)
208 Expertise or 25 Rating
I'm thinking I probably want a bit more crit, then just go nuts on AP. With Rampage and raid buffed, I'm usually sitting around 40% crit or so. I guess I should ask, should I consider Haste or Armor Pen stats instead?
I'll also throw out the, should I go Arms instead of Fury? I'm hesitant to do so because my best 2Hander is the Titansteel Mace, and not sure how mace spec performs vs Pol/Axe spec.
Thoughts?

Would try to gain at least 5% crit, don't gem for it ofcourse, gems = +16strength as this stil increases your damage the most.
Don't try to cap expertise to much, I rather have 25 then 33 f.ex.(26 is cap)
Drop hit if posible.(I gues you have one of those hitbombweapons like titansteel destroyer :p)

So bump crit by about 5% or so. I think I'm gonna switch out my Sphere of Red Dragon's Blood trinket with something with either more Crit or more AP. The
JC Boar trinket
comes to mind, I can put in a bunch of gems as well.
Also instead of the Tanking Signet ring, I have the
Ring of Scarlet Shadows
. I'll prob have to look into running H Gundrak or something for a better ring. Thanks so far.
Any thoughts on Arms spec?

If you're really gonna try to gear for DPS... let's see...
Shoulders - I believe a decent one drops off Noth on Naxx10 but the name escapes me. Either way, at the end of Plague quarter you've got a chance at the T7.
Ring - Badge ring is pretty damn good.
Rest of the stuff... other than that, for Fury, you'll want to replace anything that gives AP with STR gear to benefit from Imp Berserker Stance. There ARE items with AP that will outweigh the lack of STR, but that's up to you to calculate.
As for the debate on whether to go Fury and Arms on DPS, it really depends on your gear, it's easier (and simpler) to gear up for Arms though so if you can, aim for the H HoL axe, swap out some hit gear for more attack power and crit (around 35% with Pole/Axe spec should be good) and you'll do some good dps. (On a personal note, I do find Arms to be more fun than Fury's rotation.)

-Get some DPS shoulders.....I recommend The Spaulders of the Giant Lords with a Greater Inscription of the Axe...they'll serve you well till you get a drop from raiding.
Actually I do have the
Spaulders of the Giant Lords
since I'm exalted with Sons of Hodir, but I opted to use my current shoulders for all the expertise (and because it's purple). I plan to get the T7.5 shoulders within in the week once I have enough Emblems of Valor so that should boost my Crit by alot (and make me look badass).
As for the ring and trinket, I'll swap what I have to focus more on crit for the moment. I can run Naxx 25 each week, but I generally go with my guild as a tank. It's hard waiting for people to not want dps gear, especially plate with all the DKs and Paladins running around to win the rolls. Hopefully I'll get lucky and be able to pickup a decent weapon and more dps gear no one wants.

Well I don't consider training dummies to be a good indication. I guess the best bet is to try out Arms in a raid setting.
Update: If anyone cares, I switched some of my dps gear around and got some more enchants. Went with the Sons of Hodir shoulders and crafted the Boar Trinket vs the hit rating Blood trinket. Here are my new stats:
3554 AP unbuffed (3954 AP in Serk)
303 Hit Rating
29.30% Crit / 32.3% in Serk
162 Expertise Rating or 19 Expertise
Ran H Gundrak last night and was sitting around 5.1k AP and 40% crit. Did around 2.6~2.7k dps in the 5 man, so a bit of an improvement. Still have to test it out in a 10 or 25 man raid setting.
