I am what you would call "Good" at this game, not the best but not the worse..
I see a lot of huntards, ret-tards, Just plain idiots, or regular noobs out there.
I was wondering if a "Job training" Would be considered a good idea if I like sat down with someone and explained to them ways to not gain aggro, how to gear, ways to spec, and just how to improve their dps, tanking, or healing.
So would this be a good idea in general I have already helped one person so far <_< and I am wondering if It was just luck or if I should keep my information to myself...

There are so many factors involved...
1. Do you know them? Don't lecture someone you don't know unless they specifically ask you.
2. Do they really want to learn? Lots of people who play poorly are quite happy with their style of play and will be offended at attempt to educate them.
3. What class do they play? I'm a lot easier to teach someone how to play say... A Holy Pally (just an example, I played one TBC, and it was crazy easy) than an Affliction Lock. (Again, not trying to offend anyone, I know Pally healing has changed since then, but I'm just using an example).
4. Are you a good teacher? You may be a good player, but it can be very difficult to teach someone.
Et cetera. You might want to start just writing a guide and posting it on the appropriate forum first. ;)

As mentioned above, if you try to tell someone how to play the game, you'll end up looking like an elitist bastard, and nobody likes those.
Not everybody thinks this game is more than a game.
Do
you
know how to play? Seriously? Really? Do you know it? Or are you just saying it?
I've taught a couple of guildies and their friends on how to play ferals. They mostly asked me because my DPS-numbers surpassed anything else in the raids. And most of them have gotten improvements, but are still nowhere near me.

Or it could be they're new and actually don't know where to look. Remember being brand new, and the idea of installing an addon was slightly intimidating?
I try to remember that we were all newbs once, and proceed from that position. If someone's making common mistakes while I tank, I'll ask them via /w "Hey, do you know you're able to do <this> instead?" or "Let me explain why attacking that dude before I do is a bad idea."
If they get belligerent, clearly they're aggressively stupid and don't want to learn. If I get even a "Sry, didn't know" then I'll ask if they want a few pointers. I've played each class or been around each class enough to know at
least
some basics, so I try to be helpful.
Some might say I'm being gullible or wasting time, but if nobody bothers trying to help, then the pool of knowledgeable players won't ever grow. /shrug I like helping/teaching too, so I'm just being true to nature.
That being said, I won't hesitate to /kick a willing smacktard from the group. There's a difference between being helpful and dumb. :P

OP I salute you since most people would not be bothered to even help/tutor others on game mechanics. They would rather complain or get angry toward new players (I know not every is like this just most people I've seen).
If I were you I would start with friends, guild mates, or people you pug with if any. If people find you helpful you can ask them to tell others about you through the same means.I think its better than simply coming up to random people or chatting though trade channel.

So if you don't have all the answers, you're stupid, now?
Guess that makes all of us stupid.
Setting aside the pejorative definition:
ignorant - ig⋅no⋅rant
/ˈɪgnərənt/
–adjective
1. lacking in knowledge or training; unlearned: an ignorant man.
2. lacking knowledge or information as to a particular subject or fact: ignorant of quantum physics.
3. uninformed; unaware.
4. due to or showing lack of knowledge or training: an ignorant statement.
I believe this is the term you're looking for. And we're all ignorant to one extent or another, myself included.
That being said, I think there's a certain mind set that some people in this game (especially long-timers) that they're too good, or just don't have time to help people grow and learn the game.
Am I saying that we should hand-hold new players from 1-80? Of course not. But think about this; if we don't help new people learn some of the fundamentals and how to play correctly, they will continue based on an erroneous base and then end up fixed in their incorrect ways. If we do help them, they may end up being the next phenominal tank or healer, or a valued member of our raiding guilds later on.
Or just ignore me and I'll help them out, building my friends list. :)

Maybe I was being a little harsh saying that people are stupid. If you have no desire to learn or refuse to learn then you are stupid. Some people don't have the time or inclenaction to teach others.I try to help when I can if the person is willing to listen. My real beef here is the over use of the word retard thats all.So I stand corrected.thank you

I was told a bunch of stuff when i was a noob. But you should ask them like "Hey dude want some advice on some stuff." or somthing like that. The main thing is to see if they want it first. But if they do want it then go for it.

You're stupid when you start playing the game and don't know things veterans of the game take for common knowledge? It's interesting to me that you are against using a word like retarded but a word practically interchangeable in modern vernacular is so much less offensive.
My experience with this game is that generally people learn when they are presented with something they haven't come across. A couple of my friends would generally be considered "stupid" by your standards but enjoy the game nevertheless.
Defending the word "retarded" and replacing it with "stupid" is trading one word for another that essentially means the same thing. If you want to nitpick I know plenty of people who can use two, to, and too correctly and use spaces between their sentences. Are you a retard (stupid) for not doing so? I bet you'd like to think not. You probably just don't care and enjoy writing posts as much as anyone else. There is a correlation.
