Hunter and dodge?

I see that with aspect of the dragonhawk we increase dodge by 18% summed with a normal 12% dodge by agility will be 30% with out buff and without gem or enchant.
The question is: Can hunter reach 100% dodge with rogue/druid leather equip, socket and enchant? and with 100% dodge what is the % of hit we will recive? Can the dodge can be usefull in PVP?

If you know how to play your class, you won't care about melee classes: with disengage, trap, wing clip, scatter shot,deterrence any melee will hurt you hard(and if you also have a crp, this is for sure)...if you lose your whole equip to reach a high dodge rate, you will s.uck hard against caster class. I think there is no sense in this strategy... in pvp you need to do a lot of dmg, doing a lot of control and stop. You will have a lot of hp, and with a decent healer you won't have any problem(in the last season I had 23k hp and 900 resi, that means i was the last one killed)... my two cents

I don't play pvp, only some rare bg but i want to start soon and i see that rogue, dk and pala retry do a lot of damage to me so i think that if i got 100% dodge they can't touch me (especialy rogue with stun=dead with pve equip)

Bear Druids have the lowest penalty when it comes to Dodge caps, since they can't actually Parry and are expected to Tank.
Having said that I think Druids have yet to exceed that 50% figure, though I could be wrong.
Regardless, on my Warrior, when a Hunter or a Rogue thinks he can shield himself from me via Evasion/Deterrence, I just do the same thing i've been doing - run around behind them.
Why do you think Tanks always position mobs in front of them? Players can only block/dodge/parry in a 180 degree arc.
Avoidance isn't that great in PvP.
PS - Neither is that hunter who allowed me to get into melee range and is letting me smack him around.

Rogue are easy to kill. You just have to wait until the kidney shot you, then trinket trap and you win.
With a tenacity pet like a crab the play i easier, you just have to use roar of sacrifice during the cheap shot time, then pin the rogue run away and destroy that rogue. If something goes wrong, you will have also scatter shot, wing clip, disegnage, deterrance. It's so easy.
Dk are maybe easier to kill. They have just one root and another ability to avoid your ranged attack. You have almost 3 abilities to counter that, and 3 is more than 2. Easy.
Pala retry are a bit more difficult. You need a lot of experience to kill them. The tacticts is the same, but you have to kill them twice. A good strategy is draining the pala mana while kiting. If you can engage the pally from max distance, you just need to burn them dowm, until he bubble. Then wait for the end of the bubble, use trap and everything you want to kill them. The real problems are war(with pvp gear and right spec), dudu feral(they have shadowstep, wtf), mages... But you have to focus on one thing: if you lose 1 vs 1 is because you have done something wrong, or have a not full pvp spec, or full pvp equip.
With 900 resi and 23k hp hunters are god, they can kill everything in 1 vs 1 and they can win sometimes also 1 vs 2.
