If it's Ret / non-stealther, your rogue should be sapping whatever the paladin's partner is, and then immediately laying into the paladin. Your goal should be to force the paladin to bubble ASAP. After that, it depends on the comp, but for most situations you'll probably want to continue to a blind->fear train on the paladin's partner and stunlock/dot the paladin down. If the paladin's partner is a stealther, same strat, but don't bother sapping, and you as the warlock need to drop a shadowfury right on top of the paladin and your partner when he opens up (this is to prevent your rogue from getting pwnd by another rogue, and to potentially fish out a druid healer). After that continue as above.
If it's a healy paladin (holy, or prot in holy gear). Try for the paladin sap. If he's a good paladin he has bosanc on and it won't work, but a large majority of paladins (especially sub 1800 rated ones) will not have it running. You'll then want to try and burst down his buddy as fast as possible (immediately dropping a blind->fear train on the paladin when sap wears off). Your goal in this situation is to not allow the paladin to Hand of Protection his partner. If you can manage to burn down his buddy while maintaining control on the paladin, you won't see too many issues.
Either way, you're looking at trying to get the fight down to 2v1 as quickly as possible. You've got a decent amount of CC, you just need to do more damage. Also, a tip for your rogue, have him put PvE gear on. I only run with about 630 res (and not by choice, I can't get it any lower without sacing my 4pc bonus). Ideally, your rogue should only have about 450-500 res for arenas since most of his survivability comes from his cooldowns, not his gear.
