Oh, and WoW is not a GPU game. Even that should run it pretty nicely, it is more dependent of RAM and CPU.

WoW
can
be a graphically intensive game, depending on your settings. Hiking up your mutlisampling and increasing your shadow quality is a pretty quick proof of this.
In addition to what's already been mentioned, make sure your Vertical Sync is off.
It

be, but you're far more likely to hit a wall with your CPU or memory before your GPU.

I presume you've checked the screen resolution already, to make sure it matches your screen hardware's W/H? if it's blurry, it most likely is trying to display a widescreen resolution on a standard screen, or vice versa. The program handles it fairly well, but it does turn a bit blurry as the software dithers the output to keep the correct proportions on the screen.
