IMO, Nitro is OP enough. Granted, I think they should make a better hand enchant for engineers than rockets, but again, Nitro is stupid and OP.
Oh, and everyone loves getting sapped from 10 yards away and never once seeing who just sapped you...
All I hear is "QQ, we might actually have to think about how we fight now!" Instead of the standard rotation of sap, opener on main target, blind, vanish sap again.

Nitro should not be able to be used by stealthed targets, but other then that it is quite fair. I am leveling a ret paladins and chose engineering as one of his professions because when it comes down to it, engineering is still 'the' PvP profession, no matter how much it gets nerfed.
I mean as a ret paladin, my main three weaknesses are low movement speed (even with PoJ), bad interrupts and spells with a range no greater then 15 yards (maybe less, pointing being melee range is pretty much it.) If I take a gnomish lightning generator (even after the nerf, and comon, its 84 crit now :D) and handrockets, I have just gained about 4-5k on-use burst, that is RANGED. Yes those saronite bombs cannot be used in arena, but there are certain variations that I can use to interrupt spell casting, thereby covering that weakness.
Comon, who doesn't want a pair of sweet rocket boots, all they need to do now is add in a Boba Fett helm/jet pack and I am set!
Point I am trying to make is that engineering is still the PvP profession of choice, with a bunch of cool stuff like parachute cloaks, saronite bombs (wintergrasp love :D) and assuming you have the gold, your own motorcycle. Its still worth using over other professions in PvP content.

I would hope they'd just get rid of human's passive perception as well as night elves increase to stealth as well.
This is just dumb. Sure, perception is annoying, but you can counter it. Humans see you what, an extra 2 feet away? GG.
You can't possibly say that the stealth modifiers of humans and night elves out weighs an aoe silence and stun, or an extra fear removal.
Seriously?
QQ about having offensive racials instead of defensive racials like ALL alliance racials are(less human's extra trinket and gnome's 1 get out of
snare
that is pretty horrible on the scales comparatively).
Personally, I would gladly, as a paladin, give up Perception and the extra trinket for an aoe silence that allows me that extra bit of time to get my nukage down to actually kill a healer for a change.
If you think that's annoying, try being a feral druid, where your in stealth attacks are 2 yards short of a rogues sap. That spells GG right there.
