Cheers. The info on that page is really quite comprehensive. I use SBF for a lot of stuff now ... almost arbitrarily sometimes. For example, I pulled out a single-icon frame for Sanity in the Yogg fight -- I keep it very large and prominent so I can easily check my stacks. I pulled out a similar icon for Defend while I'm doing the argent tournament dailies. It's right in the middle of my screen so I don't have to look away to check it. I have an icon with a bar for savage roar so I can easily check duration.
There's a ton of stuff to be done with it. I'm happier with it every day and I don't even use some of the very advanced features.
