Quick advice for a warrior noob about to hit 20

Hi guys and gals,

For months I've been meaning to level up a warrior purely because I have never had a plate wearer and I think Tauren warriors look pretty damn cool.

I'm about to hit 20 (17 as it stands) so before I venture too far down the tree I've started to explore I'd like to check a few things with you seasoned pros. Firstly I'd like to know which is the best tree for levelling. I'm not a hardcore player by any means so raiding and such are months away for me, I'd just like to know wether ARMS or FURY suit levelling the best. I gather Fury can duel wield, which appeals to me for aesthetics, but does Arms have higher DPS?

Secondly ; I just need to check the main stats on gear I'm looking for will be Strengh, Stamina and Agility...?

Lastly ; I'll admit I'm finding my warrior the hardest class I've ever tried pre-20 as there seem to be so many abilities that are needed per mob. I find myself just standing there watching my task bar for whats available as opposed to following the action on screen. Are there any tips I could grab concerning this please.

I had a sift through but the stickies here aren't too thorough. I've had a scour around other forums too and it sounds like, judjing from quite a few experienced players, that Warriors are in poor shape at the moment so I think I might reconsider taking the class anyway.

what lead you to this conclusion?

to answer your question, you can level as either spec. you'll have to find what suits you better. arms might be better early on due to the lack of +hit gear at lower levels.

hey, im currently levelling a warrior myself i got bore din fury for some reason so i decided to go into protection which i find really good fun!
as i hear though it is quite gear dependant and im not short of gold so have been able to kit myself out with good gear plus the BoA stuff.
But its really fun!
