You kinda out-level Dire Maul. These tips and suggestions will make more sense the first time you tackle say, Blood Furnace or Hellfire Ramparts in Outlands.
EDIT: I take it back. You don't out-level it. For some reason I was thinking it was a lower 50's instance (probably because I never bothered doing it until I solo'd it at 80)

As another note, until you get the aoe damage reduction on Feint, don't bother using it. It's aggro dump is broken, and doesn't really work. It's a waste of a GCD. Instead, if you pull aggro, Vanish. I have Vanish hotkeyed to 'F', so it's very handy. Also, if you're fighting a boss, you can use it to re-open on the target, as well as giving you 6 seconds of your moves costing 10 less energy if you're mutilate.

here are a few things no one has mentioned that will help...
1. Read up on the run. Wowhead has Lots of good info on instances, and read the comments section for the bosses so you know what to expect...
2. and the tank will most likely explain the fights. Also - Listen to the tank (or leader) as fro which mobs to hit. It IS a general rule of sword that you will be attacking the Skull marked target - but they will most likely have a Kill order - so always pay attention to your chat window if your not on Vent.
3. Omen - it was mentioned above. i am adding it again because of how importaint it is. and it's Really easy to use.
4. Relax and have fun. Dont get to worked up about making mistakes. We all make them - and most make a lot their first time through a specific instance.
5. Ask Questions. if your in a guild, they want you to get better and learn. always ask questions if you need to.
Good luck and have fun!
remember to stock up on poisions and pot's and what ever else you need for a few hours of adventuring. DM is Not a small instance...
