Unholy trash destroyer/ chain pulling level build, is this viable?

Forgive me if this is a repeat, most of the threads I've seen here are about raid DPS, so I was curious about this. I'm building my DK as a DPS/DPS dual spec with one focused on bosses while the other will focus on trash AoE and will in the mean time be leveling by chain pull grinding.

As you can see, it's really mainly focused on the AoE aspects of the unholy build, I'd just like some input from the experienced DKs, is this viable at all or will I only be laughed at? :p

Rotation would be something like DnD, PS, IT, Pestilence, BB when the Blood Rune's back up, UB, CE. Main things I'm concerned about are whether the damage will be good and pulling threat from the tanks.

EDIT: one more thing, since the AoE damage is all from spells and diseases, what should I gem as? I know we get some spell benefits from AP but would I get more overall dps with SP gems? (LOL I don't have any caster toons so I don't know how to stack for magic damage)

No, we dont get "some" benefit from AP, we get 100% of our benefit to our spells from AP. AP is what increases spell damage for death knights. The best way to get AP is to add strength, since we get 2 ap per 1 point of STR, and its value is increased with BoK.

I hate to hijack a topic, but.... since when could our diseases crit? Perhaps I just haven't noticed anything since I play a tank with 0% spellcrit.
