Edit: Ops, forgot to say this is for tanking!
What are the minimum/should have stats for 25-man?
Stamina:
Armor:
Dodge:
Expertice: 6,5 % (soft cap/dodge cap), 15% (hard cap/parry cap).
Hit: 8% ~ cap.
AP:
Crit:
I got about 41% dodge unbuffed. For 25-man it depends on the group, but I get about 47% if I remember correctly. What is "enough" dodge? Is there something like enough dodge? At which % could I switch out some dodge for stamina/armor/expertice/hit/AP? It all depends on my other stats ofc. and I try to find a good balance.
And Savage Defense, I see it proc often. Guessing I got enough crit then. But I`m really not quite familiar with how good it is. How much AP is "enough" here?
Is there somewhere I can see how mych hit and expertice I got from talents and gear all togheter? (Imba gearcheck doesnt show me).

as a former raid leader (prior to 3.1 but made considerations for 3.1 for druids) this was my policy/philosiphy for a casual and laid back raiding guild
armor - woudlnt want to see any low level items unless they were exceptionally good and just had a low item level but anything lower than 200 level will require me to think about it though
would like to see mostly epics, some blues are ok though, if its a lot of blues and not a lot of epics, i will have to think about it
trinkets and idols - not super important to me, obviously Idol of Terror (level 70) is ok since it was best in slot for a tank
i would like druid tanks to have expertise soft cap & 1/2 way to hit cap but if their TPS is good enough i dont care how they get it, if the top DPS can pull off them, they're going to need to up thier TPS, i never had a problem with my personal gear nor have i had a problem with any other druid tanks, only a warrior tank who couldn't generate rage since he didnt take any damage
dodge: i woudlnt want to see lower than 35% for a druid tank unbuffed
health: i woudlnt want to see lower than 30,000 for a druid tank unbuffed
crit/attack power - the way i see it is they're in rogue gear, whatever thier gear gives them is fine unless it becomes a problem otherwise
if a druid tank had 34% dodge and 40k health would this be a problem? probably not
if a druid tank had 41% dodge and 29k health would this be a problem? probably not
if a druid tank had 34% dodge and 29k health woudl this be a problem? i dont know, i probably still would have rolled with them unless the healer coudlnt keep them up, i woudlnt want someone with low dodge taking hatefuls on patchwerk though

okay more specifics would be nice mt, ot, 3rd string ot that will be dpsing when not needed.
i mt/ot tank with these stats unbuffed
32.5k hp
34 crit
38 dodge
~5k ap
expertise, hit, armor not sure on the first two are basicaly tps if you can hold threat going stam or agility, armor i have gloves with agility, red gems with either 8 agilty 12 stam or all agility, all other enchants are stam,
you can ot or probably even mt with less stats but its harder on healers, the first real step is to learn how to tank each fight. Now how to do the dance donwn cold because kitting boss and dps use you as a refrence, each fight has its own thing you need to know so make sure you know it.

Thnx guys. I`m a high dodge lower health kind of tank (41% dodge, 31k health). I got a stamina set with lower dodge for the more spellhard bosses, but in general with melee hitting bosses and trash, I go the the other way around. And now with nerfs to mana regen and the mechanic of avoiding dmg in Ulduar it comes even more into play I think.
Yes, its cool to have awsome high stamina, but its also cool to read the combat log seeing you dodge, dodge, dodge.
Expertise isnt only for threat:
More importantly, because mobs may attack more quickly after parrying an attack, expertise reduces the total damage that the tank may receive by reducing the chance that his target parries. The increase in attack speed varies (from 0-40% of the speed of the parried attack), and can stack if multiple attacks are parried in rapid succession, leading to a potential source of massive burst damage.

(I`m not sure misses and dodges makes mobs/bosses hit faster back tough...).
I got softcap on Expertise and about 4% hit. Around 5500+ AP. So I havent struggled with aggro in 25-man yet. I got 2 x +16 hit gems. What I`m wondering, is, could I replace one or even both with stamina gem? Because, I think and feel the dodge is good enough, but even more stamina would be nice on top of this... 32 hit rateing less means over 1% less hit, so I`l end up under 3%... Might get trouble with rage. Maybie just switch one of em...
