Well one is a double DPS nuke team, the other is a DPS and healer set up. It really depends on your coordination and playstyle. Age old answer i know but thats because its true. If you want a true double dps team roll ret, if you'd prefer healing... roll shocky. You'll still be able to add a lil bit of burst into the equation if you go shockadino specced, but it does take some time getting used to.
