I have currently in my stable, both spirit beasts, Gondria & loque, which are terrific, the Devilsaur King Mosh, a Spider, & a Vargul Blighthound Wolf. All are great fun and do serious DPS. I like using the spider when mining as he looks more natural clinging to the side of cliff faces than say a Devilsaur does lol. Looking at your pet list, I have tried all of those to lvl 80 and only kept the Spider. If you want to try somthing different, go get a Chimera. Though the wing span is very wide and can get in your face a bit, they are exciting to use, at least for a while.

Hrmm, I think he'd have a bit of trouble getting a Chimera at lvl 39.

I liked my Ravager in the BC days, also I tamed

back in the days when he was the only "non-caster" white wind serpent, you can tame that one right now as well.

I dont know much about 39 twink pvp, but my bf has a hunter in 29s, and he runs the flag a lot with a tallstrider. I am not sure how relevant it would be in 39s cause of mounts though.
You really dont like the bat or the ravager? cause the stun would have equal use against both melee and casters--and other hunters.
the spider is another classic like a crab for holding your opponent at bay--less health, but shoots from a distance, so here is some variety there.
