I want to
know what
you're doing at 80 as well. You took talents you shouldn't have if you want to do PvE, and you missed some talents if you want to do PvP. Which are you planning on doing?

Pursuit of justice is VERY useful for a melee DPS. Sometimes you need to run out of ^&*! and it helps.
It is also necessary for pvp, else dont bother at all. Read, not useful, NECESSARY.
I would also max Divinity to increase JoL healing on the raid, and take more healing myself from anybody.
Divine intellect (+15% of nothing is nothing, base mana is not increased from it) and seals of the pure are useless (why in the hell would you use SoR or SoV?). SoC is useless too. There are a thousand posts about it, read them. Aura mastery maybe useful for an offensive healer in pvp. Flash news, you cant heal in pvp, 3 Holy Lights will OOM you and healing 7k over 24k+ people has these days with it mainly useless.
Guardian's Favor is cool to save a caster @ss on trash AoE or heroics, and Divine Purpose is just too awesome for pvp to let go.

There is currently nothing in the game that increases base mana.
Though your base intellect is increased from it.

Hunter, DK, now ret pala...
Dunno why but i had a guess that the OP was unaware of that information ;)
Gaining 225 mana doesnt sounds great for 5 talent points xD

This part is beyond me.

I agree but if he ever decides to roll a hardcore min/maxing holy paladin it's good if he knows what the talent does ;p
And even if the talent is crap for him he should still know what it does :)
