I would say including own buffs. No mobs can dispel and you will always have those buffs up. And you can do naxx with less then 1900 spellpower (if the rest is better geared).

I think you misinterpreted it to be honest.
When they say 1900 Spell Power, they Mean totally unbuffed- no Inner fire, flasks, divine spirit etc.
However, the post says while gearing up, 1900 spell power is a good amount to aim for, not to have before you start them.
Hope I didn't just add to your confusion. :)

1900 unbuffed sounds really, really overkill. In my disc spec (with 3 tier 8.5) i got 2000 spellpower unbuffed and. in holy 2300 spellpower unbuffed.
I think I did my first naxxramas ten man in mostly level 70 epic gear and some blues from quest/heroic and I don't think I was close to 1800 spellpower unbuffed, I guess I had like 1600. It was far from easy but yeah if you want to do naxx 10 man 3 days after you dinged it should be hard.
You can aim for 1900 unbuffed, but is that even possible without raid loot? Hmmm
Edit: To answer my own question 1900 ain't that hard with two spellpower trinket, but I mostly use my trinkets for regen.
Look 2192 spellpower
without professions or raid BoE items or tier items form emblems.

Let me clarify if what I said seemed vague.
The post states whilst gearing up in general, including 10-25 mans, 1900 is a good amount to aim for, and is attainable with 10 man loot.
Was that any easier to understand? >_>

When
gearing up for 10 mans
when the Holy Priest guide on this forum says 1900 spell power unbuffed
he post states whilst gearing up in general, including 10-25 mans, 1900 is a good amount to aim for, and is
attainable with 10 man loot
.
So to get enough spellpower for 10 man, you need 10 man gear?
Yup that is confusing indeed. At least it is not your fault it is confusing. ;P
So the guide says 1900 for 25 man, so what do you need or 10 man? 1700 or so, 1600. So selfbuffed you reach 1900 spellpower.

Well, runs in raids...every boss downed is more gear for a raid member.
Which brings me back to:
The post states whilst
gearing up in general
,
including
10-
25 mans
, 1900 is a good amount to aim for, and is
attainable with 10 man loot
.
For example, it is presumed that you have better gear when facing Kel'Thuzad for the first time than when you faced Anub'Rekhan for the first time.
This will be a powerful amount of spell power that is good enough for practically any 10 man (Sarth + Drakes arguably not because they require a higher calibre of gear) AND be a decent amount to give you a shot at most 25 man raids as well.
For example, the first time I went to Naxx 10, I had 1400 Spell Power unbuffed. It depends on group composition on how much this increases by. 1900 is a number to shoot for while going through heroics, 10 mans and 25 man Naxx. Roughly 1500-1600 should be ok for 10 man Naxx, or the easier quarters at least.
Hope this clarified what I was trying to communicate.
Edit: From the post directly:
Note*the following
stats are not entry level caps you have to hit before you even enter a raid
. These are here as a general rule for you to follow in order to have enough of everything to enjoy playing and learning rather than sitting in a raid thinking "why am i running OOM so quickly?" or "why is my throughput so low?". These are here to give you focus.
Unbuffed values
Spellpower - 1900
Intellect – 900
Spirit – 900
Haste –10%
Crit – 10%
Hope that answers your questions a little more.

My point was that the OP was asking for a specific station and you answer with a general situation.
He asked for 10 man entry spellpower, you answered with aim for 1900 spellpower, which you can get with 10 man gear. Isn't that adding to confusing.
If you just said that the guide meant aim for 1900 and included 25 man stats it wasn't so confusing as you made it now. :<
Anyways 2300 spellpower unbuffed is reachable before entering any raid. Or doing pvp. So any unbuffed 1500-2500 spellpower unbuffed is good enough for 10 man naxxramas.
