There's already a thread about those things.

I do it quite often. I don't see any reason to treat players from the opposite faction any differently (except in battlegrounds)

Unless I have a reason not to (ganker, griefer, etc), I always try to help out opposite faction. It's just another dude behind a keyboard like me.
Just the other day I helped a gnome kill Alystros.

This is exactly why. Yeah it's a game, and PvP happens on PvP servers, but there's no reason to be a jerk about it. For the most part I'll leave horde alone or help them out.
Then again, I was just sitting outside of Ulduar today before the raid started, and I landed behind a horde guy who was on his mount. About 30 seconds later 4 more horde from the same guild swoop in behind me, sheep me off my mount, and proceed to gangbang me. I rezz and jump down to the summon stone where the rest of my guild was. All the horde came down to start trying to pick us off, but they were quickly demolished.

I was leveling my DK in Hellfire Penn. and saw a gnome getting smacked down by a a ton of demons. I watched and when I noticed that he was about to die, I pulled a couple off of him. Afterwards, we helped eachother complete the quest before we parted ways.
Also, while leveling on my Paladin alt, a gnome rogue kept bandaging me after I saved his life by DPSing down an add in Un'goro.

Frikin care bears! Every once in awhile I'll show some remorse and spare a few but for the most part if they are Red they are soon to be dead (if all goes according to plan). World PvP gets the juices flowing more so than BGs.
+ Gnomes taste good and are so cute when they die awww.

a horde friend was trying to get his childrens week achivment in eots, he had the flag and was running twords the base, a paladin bubbled him, making him drop the flag, and stole it, so the alliance did /rofl at the paladin, slaughtered him, let my firend grab the flag and return it, then did /cheer at him

Doing the Ogri'la starting quest chain (to kill most of the sons of Gronn) our group basically partnered up with a group of tauren and we helped eachother out with every part of it. It was wonderful.

I was doing the Ring of Blood in Nagrand as my 80 Warrior on my own. I went in, started fighting, and this Horde Warlock who is there drops some damage on the mob. I bow, do the next one. He helps out again. I try to mime using stuff like /point and /offer to offer to let him do it. he instead takes it as "help me do it". He helped me through the thing, even after the cheating ogre resurected himself and caught me offguard. I ran back, he was still there, and I re-did it and he helped. After that, a bunch of thanking, and we both just flew off.
