Wrathstone or Mirror of Truth?

So I've just received
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45263
from Krologarn. I have Fury of the Five Flights in my second trinket slot and currently, the debate I'm faced with is whether or not the small overall AP increase from
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40684
is worth the lack of personal timing.
As calculated in the comments under Wrathstone,
"Mirror of Truth: 1000*10/45 = 222.2 average AP.
Wrathstone (According to you): 856*20/120 = 142.6 average AP"
80 AP more on average for MoT, however, I don't get to choose when to proc it. And I know we've all had our share of fights where it's procced while in AotV.
So the question, should I use Wrathstone for those rare-ish times where LnL procs/when heroism is popped? Or should I keep MoT for the overall AP/laziness factor?

I wish.
I have a few alts that have recently hit 80. My money's going into epic flying for all of 'em. As much as I'd love DCM:G

Unfortunately, I'm not in a position where I'm able to download it(having open office). However, a fairly accurate guess would place MoT at higher average DPS, but that's because after looking at the directions for the spreadsheet, I doubt it would be able to factor in using Wrathstone during LnL/heroism procs everytime. Nothing against the spreadsheet, but it's more of a human question than a mathematical question.
EDIT: To clarify, if I'm wrong, and the spreadsheet IS capable of that, I'll find the time to gank someone else's computer and check it out then, and I apologize for underestimating its power.

I think there's a flaw in the logic here.
Sure the internal cooldown on the MoT is 45 seconds, but i believe the actual time b/t procs is like 1 minute + in practice. It isn't like the DMC where it immediately procs everytime the cooldown is up.
Wrathstone is ahead of MoT by a decent margin in my spreadsheet (14 DPS), and intelligent use like you suggested would only help push it further.

If that's so, then it would be 1000*10/60 which is 166.66.
Still higher, but so much less so, that I think my question is answered. With proper use, Wrathstone should help out a decent amount.
Thanks a ton for the input!

As a person who already has Wraithstone, I would say use it. Being able to choose when to use it is far more better then having MoT randomly proc, especially when you dont want it to (like if you have to switch to AotV).
And I can confirm that my dps has gone up since receiving it as well
