Hi,
I'm actually Trollbrit in the game, LankyBrit's alt.
Anyway. I'm going with Frost Spec. Here's what I do.
With tough single opponents, it's Frostbolt, followed by Arcane Missiles, then Frost Nova, move away and more Arcane Missiles. Sometimes finishing off with a Fire Blast.
For multiples, it's Frost Nova and Blizzard mostly, with Cone of Cold, and occasionaly Polymorph to take someone out of the equation so I can handle others.
Have I got the right ideas here? Anything else you would recommend?
Cheers.

As Frost spec, with Improved Frostbolt, you're actually doing more DPS with pure Frostbolt spam then you do per cast of Arcane Missiles. I know it's a lot more boring to look at, but 'dems da ropes.

Get 5/5 improved Frostbolt, and scrap the arcane. Faceroll Frostbolts is the way to go. If they get close, pop a Frost Nova, blink away, and continue spam.
It sounds simple, but it works. Once you get Frostbite and Fingers of Frost, you'll often be freezing them in place and racking up combos long before they close the distance with you. This is how you solo elites as a Frost mage.

Thanks for the advice guys.
I'll try spamming Forstbolt now, and drop Arcane Missiles.
BTW: yes - I do have 5/5 Imp Frostbolt.
Cheers.

Another question: What Glyphs do you recommend.
Also, if I already have glyphs, can I scrap them for a different glyph?
Cheers.

At level 34, glyphs aren't real important. However, here's what you should grab:
Glyph of Evocation - Good for healing up fast when soloing, or it can give you a second wind in a fight against an elite. Frost nova them in place, evocate to heal up, then resume your attacks.
Glyph of Slow Fall - it seems like nothing, but there are too many times to count when I've wanted to jump off of something high and haven't had feathers on me. Get it as a minor glyph and forget about it, it makes life easier.
Glyph of Mage Armor - useful for cutting down on downtime. I tend to keep Mage armor up when soloing, rather than Frost armor. With the slowing effect and Fingers of Frost procs, the enemies rarely reach me, so I like to have a constant stream of flowing mana. This helps boost your regen, to make up for Frost's lack of regenerating talents.
Glyph of Frostbolt - AVOID THIS. You want your slowing effect.
As for that last Major Glyph spot, it's pretty open. Ice shield is useful, as that's used a lot in leveling and soloing. Glyph of Frost Nova might buy you an extra shot while your enemy's snared. Really, though, don't worry about blowing lots of money on glyphs at level 34.
Oh, and as for replacing them? Easy, but it overwrites any previous glyph. You lose the previous glyph, but you can continually replace them as many times as you want.

Thanks for the info on glyphs. I have no problem with destroying or getting, as I have Herbalism/Inscription :)
On another note. I am using the suggested Frostbolt spamming now and having much more success.
Thanks.
