Far too many regen talents (though they might be needed in your specific case, i wouldn't really advocate to take as much) and questionnable priorities between some talents (not taking WoC which is a core dps talent, and taking iIS over CF).
There's a template proposal in the FAQ which can be adapted to suit your needs.

Drop improved Moonfire. Many people have crunched the numbers and determined that this talent doesn't provide enough DPS increase for the talent points, compared to what you can get spending them elsewhere.
Pick up Celestial Focus. Spell Haste is one of our most important stats.
Drop Dreamstate. Most people agree that you don't need to spec into all three of the mana regen talents. Intensity and Moonglow should be enough.
Pick up Imp Faerie Fire. Increased hit and crit = win.
Owlkin Frenzy = PVP or solo-grinding talent. Drop that. Pick up Wrath of Cenarius. Bonus spell damage!
Drop Typhoon and Gale Winds. While it's fun, these are not needed for raiding. Typhoon is a PVP/solo talent, and buffing up your AoE attacks with Gale Winds is a cheap way to inflate your DPS numbers on trash mobs. Trash mobs don't matter -- sustained DPS on a boss is what really matters. There are a few examples where AoE damage is nice to have for a boss fight, but not that many.

The 2 points from iMF can be put in Moognlow or Genesis, those are the only choices. While iMF is not a great dps increase (wether from damage or NG uptime), Genesis is worse and Moonglow does nothing.
There are some specific gear/encounter situations in which it is usefull to take Moonglow instead of iMF, but generally speaking iMF is the better choice.
