You'll have a hard time finding buyers for Titansteel crafts. Most people tend to either have a friend who can craft them or will search long enough to be able to purchase the Titansteel gear at cost (price of mats) with only a small tip. So you won't make big bank of Titansteel gear. You can still make money making Rods periodically and crafting/selling Eternal Belt Buckles. IMO Jewelcrafting will birng you more gold.
There is a sustained and large volume of gems being sold on the Auction House. There's also a high demand for instant gems, by this I mean people don't want to find the right person to cut their gem instead they'll pay the small premium for their gem NOW! So it tends to be much more profitable compared to Blacksmithing. I'm not sure if that answered your question or even what your question was, hope that helps though :)

BS will cost you alot to raise.
1-275 should cost you ~1k gold
275-300 will cost you ~1k-1.5k gold
300-350 will cost you ~800 gold
Of course, having someone to DE everything you craft will allow you to get back about 33-50% of money spent.
From there you start to make money. The stuff that make money is:
The cobalt set. Level 70 tank need it to be effective.
The tempered saronite set. Level 75+ tank need it to be effective
All the rods. Enchanters need em.
Titanium weapon chain. It is a nice "enchant" when you lack hit and for PvP too to reduce disarming.
The resilience gears. People who want to PvP will start with these.
The belt buckle.
