Hey ive just made a priest and im getting to them levels when i need to start choosing talents and gear starts getting stats.
Seeing as im new to priest could anyone help me with a good leveling build for me please, I will be mainly solo questing and trying to get to 80 pretty quickly.
Also could anyone tell me what stats i should be mainly aiming for in order of most needed to not bothered about while im leveling.
And any other help you think would be good for a new priest.
I will be most likely going pve shadow at 80 aswell just so you know.
Thanks.

I use
this
as shadow build, works great. And for gear, go mainly for spellpower and intellect. Maybe some critical strike rating, too.

That's your shadow spec? Wow, no offense, but there's lots of things wrong with that build.
Silent Resolve is useless for Shadow, because you shouldn't be casting any Holy or Discipline spells (minus Shield or Fade).
You also skipped Improved Inner Fire and went for Improved PW: Shield. Improved Inner Fire gives you about 174 SP at level 80.
Unbreakable Will isn't very good either, as +5% damage for all instant spells (Twin Disciplines) is better than -30% stun/fear/silence length, because stun/fear/silence lengths aren't usually that long anyways.
You also skipped Pain and Suffering, which is very useful, as it makes it so that you don't have to keep re-applying your SW: Pain, AND, if you apply a SW: Pain while you've got an SP buff active (IE, something like
Forge Ember
) it will keep re-applying the SW: Pain with extra 512 SP on it.
This is a much better build:

The first build really confuses me... The Discipline points seems to be more for a PvP role...
Silent Resolve is not that bad (for PvP), since reduces by 30% the dispel chance of DoTs on the target, which is the most part of damage a Shadow priest does...
Unbreakable Will > Twin Discupline (again, for pvp...)
Btw, dont have Imp. Psychic Scream/Silence in Shadow part...
And, about SW:P... I'm leveling a Shadow Priest and SW:P is a "expensive" way to do damage, in terms of mana, especially in lower lvls... Personally, I don't use it unless it is a Elite or something

Actually, I don't know if SW: Pain and those others count as "Helpful" spells, as it reduces the chance that HELPFUL spells will be dispelled.

Silent Resolve
Reduces the threat generated by your Holy and Discipline spells by 20% and reduces the chance your helpful spells
and damage over time
effects will be dispelled by 30%.
