All my favorite routes are at

Or... you can generate one yourself.
Get three addons - Gatherer, Gatherer Wowhead DB, and Routes. Install all three.
Go into the Gatherer configuration and import the previous DB. Open the routes configuration and create a new route with whatever nodes you want to track. Optimize the route. Fly in circles. Profit.
Last night, I was able to get about 200 saronite ore flying around Icecrown for an hour (plue eternals and gems).

actually if Basin gets crowded, i have better luck flying the inner circle there.
But Icecrown is good too, with better titanium rate (seems to me anyway)

Before mining any route, check your servers pricing.
I spent an hour the other night mining Saronite and picked up 11 stacks, along with 1 stack of titanium and a bunch of eternals. Got to the AH to sell my saronite, 15G a stack. Cobalt ore? 30G a stack.
I can mine as much cobalt in an hour as I can saronite, but get double the cash, the only downside is I miss out on titanium veins. If your mining for gold, best to check prices, if you want the lucrative titanium, you'll have to go with Saronite.
