SoB for everything since SoC doesn't procs from every attack, and SoB does it.

Agreed SoB> SoC for almost everything with one exception. Forcing crits in pvp with SoC if you often run with a stunning class like a rogue can be pretty fun for some burst :P
But besides fun, SoB is still better for pvp

exept on lothareb :)
even on Loatheb. The recoil damage you take from SoB/SoM attacks (not judgement) was reduced, so you should use SoB/SoM on this boss too. Healers should be able to heal the damage easily.

I thought the rule of thumb was command = PvP, blood = PvE.
