Macro to toggle "Show Helm" option

Is there a way to make a macro that toggles "Show Helm" on and off? I'd like to be able to make a clicky where I can turn it off and on whenever I'd like without having to go through the Interface Options each time.

/run ShowHelm(not ShowingHelm())
edit: similar one for cloak:
/run ShowCloak(not ShowingCloak())
Good to know. Humans look stupid in shaman gear, so every time I run CoS I hide the helm, so I can see my badass bald head and mutton chops. :D
