Equally geared, DK's can self heal just as much or more than us, and their damage is increased by their DoT's(burst and overall dps). Blood DK's are rather a pain. They heal WAY too much.
If DK's are easy to kill, you are fighting noobs with no gear. PvE(2 or 4 piece valorous) geared DK's do so much burst it's rather OP, and they can survive wearing it because of their CD's and Presences.
It also depends on your spec as well. If you are fighting with SoB, and he stays in frost, he will likely outlast you. If you spec SoCom and use it, it will be a long fight, and really be whether or not you can out damage his healing before you run out of mana.

Uh, I have 0 resillience, and I stomp most things on my ret, tank geared DK? No problem, DKs are really easy to kill now from my experience, even pvp geared.

You wanna know a secret? If you dispel the DK's diseases on you then he cant heal at all except by 4% or 8% of his damage done.
Death Strike
says it heals for each disease on the target therefor if there are no diseases then there is no healing. Almost all of their skills have their damage increased by the amount of diseases as well so you win :)
Good luck with that!
chances are that the diseases will resist the Dispell and they can plop 1-3 on you it the time it takes to cleanse one, a ret will run out of mana most likely using that method.
I do it all the time, the diseases dispel most of the time and I'm never out of mana.
