Definitely, it looks very good accually but I'd suggest you move one point from Runic power mastery and get Mark of blood instead :P
It might also be ~ since it doesn't really have a good burst talent (like DRW) but one can tell that its emphasis is on control/anti kitability and self healing, again, it looks very good :)
Edit: I havent been able to try blood out for pvp yet, but I see many people skipping DRM and getting Icy reach instead, what are your thoughts about this?

I don't see what's better about Virulence and Viscious strikes for PVP than Anticipation.
5% dodge is a big plus. And you're not getting any damage bonus in scourge strike since you don't use it.

You dont see 3% hit to your spells (Strangulate, Mind freeze, CoI etc) and 30% dispell resistance to your dots as useful?
6% extra critt on PS and 30% more crit damage is far more useful than 2% dodge.
You're simply plain wrong, Virulence and Vicious strikes are
far more
useful in pvp than anticipation.
Not to mention that 5% dodge are only useful when fighting melee players in pvp (and when you're not being CC'd)

it's 5% more dodge. Also as a frost specced DK PS is not that useful and it's only used to plant blood plague.
Also in most BGs the diseases aren't going to be dispelled at all unless you're attacking someone who will dispell it on himself.
Also with good hit rating that 3% more hit chance becomes useless.
Unless it works like expertise.

To get vicious strikes you'll have to spend 2 points, thus you "sacrifice" 2% dodge.
We're also talking blood builds here, not frost.
Also in most BGs the diseases aren't going to be dispelled at all unless you're attacking someone who will dispell it on himself.
By that logic the same reason could be applied to a reason for why Anticipation shouldn't be taken... ("Also in most BG situations you arent going to be attacked by a melee enemy")
Also having your dots being prevented from being dispelled is far more valuble than 3% dodge.
Also with good hit rating that 3% more hit chance becomes useless.
True, but odds are you're not going to have enough hit, and Virulence also brings dispell resistance.
