Imp Blood Presence. Giving your healers a 4% boost to healing you is pretty damn sweet.
You've misinterpreted Imp blood pres. it gives you a 10% bonus to healing when you're in blood presence, and you retain the 4% of all dmg done healed innate ability from Blood presence when in unholy/frost pres. Resulting in a ~100hps (assuming 2.5k dps as a tank)
I'd say move those two points from Imp blood pres around to, say Hysteria? (you'll use it on other raid members ofc)
Edit: I've also heard that 2/3 points in Scent of blood is sufficient, any verification possible? :P
Other than that I like your build Samhein, b(^_^)b

It's extremely minor and perfectly neglectable, those points are much better spent elsewhere.
I've also seen alot of people skipping Rune tap and Sudden Doom for Might of Mograine and Bloody vengeance but that might become attractive only for higher gear levels.
But a question for you Blood DK tank/dps'ers, how large of a percentage of your total dps does Death coil do? (with Sudden doom)
Edit: Cheers for the verification Lynri, I've been awfully forgetful lately :)

Okey, so there's still some Blood DK's living in the past I see :P
I was mainly wondering on Sudden doom's efficiency since I know a DK MT in a ~endgame guild and he appears to have chosen Bloody vengeance above Sudden doom.

Bloody Vengeance is a 9% increase to
physical
damage.
So it wouldn't affect any spells :)
But as you said, 9% is huge for physical (especially RS), so I think we can draw the conclusion that it's better for tanking than Sudden doom? ´=P

Sorry i didn't state it originally but what i was going for was a blood build deep enough in frost to get Frigid Dreadplate. The change to DS is what got me to thinking about this build in the first place. I was thinking of less DS and more OB for burning runes.
Well there's some High avoidance/migration builds going about with Frigid dreadplate and bone armor :P
I'd say the change to DS has made it better for tanks that before. 15% of ~30k ==> 4.5k heals, and it scales as you progress/improve your gear :>
