Being religious you should know money isn't everything.
My dad wanted me to be a financial adviser or something, more money. I wanted to be a biologist due to my love of animals and science, I'm doing biology at university now.

Don't you live in Egypt? (Not that its a bad thing) Didn't you say somewhere earlier you'd like to be somewhere else like in the recycle bin? Physics would be good then, especially since you like it better. Also, would you do medicine because YOU like it, or because because its a bit easier and your parents both have careers in it?
Yes, I want to move out of Egypt, but that might not be possible, (muslim etc.). Actually, physics would be easier for me, I hate biology and am not really good in it.
I really just don't want to give up on medicine beacue of three thing: It would disappoint a lot of people if I didn't choose medicine (my mother and father, mainly), it would be easier for me to find a job, and because I wanted to be a doctor when I was a little kid (but I like physics more now).
Why would being muslim be a problem?
You should always take your family's opinion in consideration, but certainly not let it decide your decision. Its not like if you don't choose to follow in their footsteps they'd shun you. Sure they'd be a little disappointed, but they should get over that quickly, every parent wants a child to follow them in their footsteps, but they should all respect their child's decision no matter what.
It being easier to find a job is an advantage, but you said you're not that good at biology and such so that could be a big disadvantage. Also, you shouldn't do a job you don't like because its easier to find a job, you should do what you like better and are good at, if you're good at it you're much more likely to get a job, and why spend hours doing a job you dislike?
Also, wanting to do a certain job as a kid isn't a good reason at all. Little kids have big dreams, a lot of kids want to be president, want to walk on the moon, want to be a fancy scientist exploding stuff, etc. Very little percent of them actually get to do that. Especially since you like physics better now.
Problem is, I don't hate it, I like it, I just like physics more (way more), also, my mum thinks I would make a good doctor, no idea why...

I would say go the physics route if you're not very much into or good at biology. I'd be lying if I told you that you wouldn't face prejudice in a lot of the Western World, but I don't think it's anything you should take too heavily into consideration, if that's what the muslim comment was about.
No, I realize what

happen if I move there ( my dad's friend who moved to America, got spit at everywhere he went after 9/11, another family was killed by a mob, also after 9/11 and they weren't even muslims just arabs) but I think the ups are more then the downs.
Your dad's friend had very bad luck then, where did he live? He could've lived in a bad city or street..
9/11 was awhile ago.. We'll always have racism, but thats no reason to keep you from coming here. Only so many people are racist, and only so many are extreme enough to spit on you or actually hurt you.
Do you dress traditionally like wearing the hoods and such? That could make you a target for racism, but if you do its still okay, we have diverse culture here. We used to have black people as slaves, (I think it was the japenese) during pearl harbor we put them in camps, but now both races are accepted in society. We'll get over the 911 thing thinking all muslims or arabs are crazy bomb making terrorists. But there will always be racists.
Also having a steady career in physics will probably make you more higher in society than some poor foreign person that just moved here.

No. If we all lived in peace and harmony with no hatred it'd be perfect. We don't need something to contradict a good thing so we can appreciate it..
But that will never happen, the world will always be flawed and imperfect.

Would it be worse to disappoint yourself by choosing something you actually didn't want? You're living for you, not for your parents. Yes, it may be easier for you to find a job, but would you prefer to spend 1 month looking for a job as a doctor and not enjoy the next 50 years of your life or would you rather spend 3 years looking for a job as a physicist and enjoy the next 47 years? For your last point, that's a childhood dream... and that's just what it is. When I was younger, I wanted to be a fire truck, but apparently that's not going to happen.
My point is to decide on what
you
want to do, not what others want you to do. They have already lived their life, and there is absolutely no way you can dissapoint your parents as long as you succeed. As cliché as that sounds, it's very true. If your parents actually do care and are worth it, then they wouldn't be upset that you didn't choose what they wanted.
I went into University immediatly after high school and didn't listen to myself. My parents wanted me to go in immediatly, at the age of 17 and I didn't want to but of course, I listened to them. $30k later, and I'm starting at my first year again because I chose the major they thought would be best... even though I didn't really want it. You just need to make the decision for yourself; would you rather live a life you want or live the one your parents and peers want?
That made a lot of sense. /respect.

Well let me ask you this.
Hypothetically speaking:
If your parents were never doctors, they were, say construction workers. Had no passion for physics or medicine. But you still had the same interest/feelings for medicine, would you pick it over physics?
If the answer to that is no, then you should pick physics.

Pros:
You like it much better
You're better at it
Cons: Possible disappointment from parents
Possible racism
Harder to find a job
Medicine:
Pros:Happier parents
Easier to find a job
If you're stuck on something, your parents could easily help
Cons: Its harder
You don't like it near as much as physics

Physics: Pros:
1) I love it.
2) I am a little good in it.
3) I actually have fun studying/solving it.
4) I find it easier.
Cons:
1) I will disappoint a lot of people.
2) Won't find work (my job has to be physics related, no teaching), unless I leave the country (and even then it will be hard), which might not be possible.
3) I don't like doing things I am not sure about.
Medicine: Pros:
1) I like it (the job, not the study, not as much as physics though).
2) My mum and dad think I will be a good doctor (I don't know why).
3) Will get a job as soon as I graduate. With good pay.
4) My dream as a kid.
5) The satisfaction of helping people, and doing something noble.
6) Will make my parents happy.
Cons:
1) Study is extremely boring. I don't think I can force myself to go through the boredom for 7 whole years.
2) I am not any good in biology.
3) My parents will probably try to pressure me into staying in Egypt, something I really don't want to do.
4) I will always wonder how it would have been studying physics.
