I think that the bible is a book.
I think that books are written by human beings.
And I think that hallucinogens have been around for a very long time.

You you so sure they made it up? Is that why almost all the apostles except one died for Christ
after
his ressurection? Thats not even in the bible, but in historical documents. Not only did they die for him but they went through torment. Some examples are being burned alive in oil, being crucified upside down. Things of that nature. If they just made it up, then why would they do that to themselves? Also, why would so many who hated Christ in his life suddenly turn around and worship him?
Loyalty is a powerful thing. I'm sure that there were similar things that have happened for various other figures throughout history, noted or otherwise. Just because someone is worshipped does not grant them the title of divine.
And we cannot help you, only Christ can.
Only
you
can help you.

along with morally right and wrong.
Morals don't, once somebody decides to come along and define what is right and what is wrong.
Rape was fine and dandy... until somebody said we shouldn't be rapists.
Slavery was fine and dandy... until somebody said we shouldn't be enslavers.
Relativism was fine and dandy... until somebody said we shouldn't be relativistic.
Immorality was fine and dandy... until somebody said we shouldn't be immoral.

The one that's several pages back and was a wall of text with a few quotes? I think it did. :\
I wouldn't be too offended, though, there's been a lotta posts washing away every other post in here, though.

Believing in something without proof is what faith is
And what do you call believing in something with no evidence indicating that it is true?
