A week ago did my first SL-run with my druid. We had a BM hunter with us who didn't used his pet. When I asked him why he didn't, he told me it was too much a hassle to control it. He didn't do bad, but he could have done much better. I must say I was happy that we had a good tank and good cc, because I would have left if that guy had to trap.
As a Hunter, I really hate seeing this. I was in a group with another Hunter (30ish/21/0) who refused to use his pet in groups.
Me: "But you're BM?"
Huntard: "No, I'm going to be MM."
Me: "But... you have 30 points in Beast Mastery?"
Huntard: "Only for Serpent's Swiftness, a pet is too much work."
And later...
Huntard: "You'll have to trap, I don't trap."
Me: "You don't use a pet AND you don't trap? What DO you do?"
Huntard: "DPS."
I found a replacement for myself and promptly left. Part of me wishes I had stayed to show him how much better my DPS was. :p

I was in maraudon as a shadow priest and me and a rogue of a similar level were getting a boost from a 65 mage.

dropped and the rogue asked if he could need. The mage went crazy saying how it deals shadow damage so it's a shadow priest weapon and said if the rogue needed it he would leave :P
