Currently rolling restarts are happening.. Aggramar has been down for 20 minutes now.
Its not just restarts, the authenticating server died.
EDIT: Woah, the post disappeared in less than 30 seconds.

Do you think they'll bring all the servers up at once, or will they allow access to the available servers as soon as the Authenticating server is ready (assuming it will be fixed sooner than others)?
They usually open the auth server as soon as it's ready even if everything else is down, unless something went really really wrong...
