-Your warrior stamps on the ground, inflicting damage on all enemies in a frontal cone while wirlwinding, stunning and silencing all enimeies affected for 4 seconds and reducing the effects of heals on the affected targets by 50%. Damage from the attack is based on both weapons' weapon damage plus 50% of attack power.
... Why would you want to stun AND silence at the same time? wouldn't stunning be both basically?

Fire Damage by 15%: Piercing Ice and Fire Power does 16% for FFB.
Fire Critical by 5%: Molten Armor with glyph, actually its all crits.
Haste by 5%: Netherwind Prescense is 6%, but who the hell wants haste when you do FFB? Also, no Frost Nova? Ice Lance? Cannot portal/teleport? Make food/water? Ice Block? Blizzard? Dude, this is the worst talent ever tbh.

Bubblehearth (10 second Channel): Creates a holy barrier around the caster and all party/raid members withing 45 yards, while under the effect of the barrier, the player is immune to all damage and effects and cannot be interrupted by any means, after the cast is over, all the players are transported to their home location at choice of the effected player.

That's just like the old tranquil air totem...died to new threat mechanics.

Cruel Ruin
(Golden Sun fans will remember this one!) 1/1: 2.5 Second Cast, 30% Mana, 30 second cooldown. Calls forth a universal power, which flings bands of natural force upon all enemy targets within a chosen 10 yard radius area. This spell deals X-Y damage, and stuns for 3 seconds. In addition, the shaman is protected by a shield of natural force, preventing cast time interruption for 10 seconds.

Outer Space
1/1: Instant, 45% Mana, 30 second cooldown. The mage hurls him/herself 30 yards into the air, then flies down at the target enemy (cannot miss), crashing in a fiery blow that deals X-Y damage to the target and everyone within 10 yards of the mage. The attack also leaves a fiery blaze upon the ground, slowing enemies by 30% movement speed and dealing Z damage over 15 seconds. The mage is knocked back 20 yards by the impact, and is immune to stuns and fears for 3 seconds. This spell cannot be interrupted in any way with stuns, fears, or silences.

Not exactly new talents, but improvement of old ones:
Demonic Circle: Summon
Instant cast.
Demonic Circle: Teleport
Infinite range, removes movement impairing effects.
Banish
Player may banish a demon/elemental or themselves, impossibilitating them to move, but making them immune to all atacks.
Also, Pestilence should be a warlock spell.

Empowered Water Elemental
Requires Summon Water Elemental, 3 points in Improved Water Elemental.
Your Water Elemental now lasts until unsummoned.
Hail
Requires 3 points in Improved Blizzard
Your Blizzard spell now pelts targets with Hail as well, increasing frost damage taken by 3%
The result if those were implemented...

Revelation 3/3: You successful Renew ticks, Heal, Greater Heal, Circle of Healing, Prayer of Healing, Prayer of Mending, Binding Heal, and Mass Dispel casts have a 3%/6%/9% chance to make the next Holy Smite spell cast within 8 second to be cast in half time with no mana cost and it generates half threat.
