- Change HfB to a 2 minute buff (like paladins' Seals).
- Rework Hemorrhage, remove the "stack" effect (make it a 30 second de-buff) and have it increase bleed damage. Slightly increase the damage as well.
- Rework or remove Expose Armor, it has become the most useless ability since always.
- Feint, probably the 2nd most useless, but can be fixed. Make it a 2 minute cool-down, and increase the amount of threat it reduces.
- Give rogues a mutilate glyph that states "Decreases the damage of Mutilate but grants 1 extra combo point."
- Give the rogue class a party buffing ability or an aura-like ability. Make us useful in raids, our DPS is matched by every other DPS class out there and they have buffs to help the raids. We could possibly have Aspects like the hunter class has. Just a thought.

Some form of Raid buff based on the presence of a rogue (Draenei passive), and taking it a step further, have it depend on which tree your are specced in. Assassination would give you increase to crit chance, combat pure damage increase, subtlety say well i dunno.

Blind should not break on damage. Thinking logically does it make sense that you through dirt in someone's face, but on damage they can miraculously see again? Maybe make reduced damage during a blind.
That would be REALLY REALLY OP for pvp.

So keep Blind 10 sec, reduce damage by 50%, does not break on damage.

I would rather see something such as an ability which pins the target to a nearby object with throwing knives. Oh, I thought Fan of Knives would be something like that...

I put some thinking into some rogue raid buffs and thought about this:
Make Slice and Dice a raid buff to all MELEE classes. Which means free 30% attack speed to all melee classes. Perhaps put this in talents as Empowered Slice and Dice and make it like dk's so we get 5% melee haste like they do with the icy touch talent.
Make the same with Expose Armor so it gives armor penetration to all melee classes.
Create a poison cauldron from a specific poison, so that all melee classes (and hunters) can benefit from it.
Remove the damage penalty from our off hand. I mean we're the only class that has to dual wield, why should we get penalized?
Make a small test, reducing the cd of killing spree to 30 secs to see how it goes in pve and pvp. I know this will be terribly op in pvp, but in pve it can make win!
