my friend however, is Fist/Dagger Sub and he is lvling faster then me. (he's 74 atm and we both hit Northrend at 70) I need suggestions on how to improve my build or change it completely. I want to remain top on the dps charts but still lvl quickly.

I thought of this :
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=fhxfoe0oibRIuVo0xV0hZxb
Lose vigor, deadened nerves (why take a talent that has no dps impact for pve?) and quick recovery in favor of improved poisons.
Also, I changed from combat swords (Killing Spree) to mutilate and my dps has changed from 1700-1900 to 1200-1300 with this spec.
Maybe I'm playing it wrong?
Mutilate is horribly disadvantaged in 5-mans due to the shortness of individual fights and lack of any real aoe bar FoK. You could try to offset this with using slower daggers, but it still won't reach combat's level.
Ohi fellow rogues.
Right now i'm geared pretty good, but my dps is still not as high as i'd like it do be. So i am tryining out a new build. What do you say about this :

Lose vile poisons in favor of maxing out relentless strikes. Having fluid rotations is more important than improving poisons, which aren't such a big part of your total damage as combat. 4 points in lightning reflexes are wasted for pve. Pick up blade twisting and improved sprint or unfair advantage.

About deadened nervers, I thought combo points were always welcome ? :p
And about mutilate having a disadvantage in 5-mans.. What about raids?
And thx for the quick reply :)
I don't get the connection between combo points and deadened nerves.
Mutilate delivers more damage the longer you stay on your target, thus it excels in raids (specifically, bossfights). Combat, on the other hand reaches it's full potential very quickly, and is more suitable for 5-mans. Not to mention the awesome aoe with blade flurry+killing spree, and the fact that you'll be able to use fan of knives more often than mutilate because of vitality

I didn't take Improved Poisons since there is Shiv if you really need to proc poison
Fail. Improved poisons and relentless strikes are a must in a pve mutilate build.
