Definately Orgrim Doomhammer and Grom Hellscream. Two really badass orcs with great lore.
ps.: to bring an old issue back to the surface. Gorehowl a cheap ass epic? one of the most (if not the most) famous axe's in all of warcraft and it drops in friking kara? the very axe that killed Mannoroth and released the orcish race? in MY book one of the worst moves blizzard made.
yeah its an old rant but i still haven't gotten over this fact.

I must say, I'm torn. My top four are definitely Cairne Bloodhoof, Grom Hellscream, Broxigar, and Muradin Bronzebeard.
Edit: Chen Stormstout is definitely there too. He causes panda-monium!
Another Edit: Kel'Thuzad is up there too. He is thoroughly badass and evil, but his undying love of his cat shows his animal loving side.
