I made a Tauren DK (not my main DK, just a guy on another server), and named him Dreadburger.

I named my DK Brutalin, who (in mythology) was a warrior who went insane and killed over 100,000 men, women and children.

I named mine Ikaras, Kind of a spin off of Ikarus, not only from the video game "Kid Icarus" but the Defnition is, the Greek myth about Icarus, who tried to fly from Crete wearing a pair of wax wings, created by his father Daedalus. Icarus flew too close to the sun, and the wax wings melted and he fell into the Aegean Sea and drowned. Hense, Death knight, if u were familiar with the video game.

I named mine Zafir, an Arabic name meaning "Victorious". All of my Draenei characters have Arabic names, and I wanted to follow that motif with my DK. I play on an RP server, so I wanted a name that was fitting, but that still sounded like a name a male Draenei would have prior to being turned into a Death Knight.
Similarly, my Hunter's name is Siham, meaning 'arrows'. My main's name is one letter from meaning "Unique"... Instead it means "newspaper", lol.
Brilliant . I'm arabian and I never have thought about chosing arabic names you sir will make me think of making one.
Either that or Shinda (dead in japanese) for my new ally Dk.

I named mine Foxhole, seemed appropriate for a tank spec DK.
BTW sorry to disspoint dude but the right spanish word is OBSCURO not Oscuro
I dunno what dialect of Spanish you speak, but Oscuro is definitely the male gendered word for dark.
My main Lenguaje is Spanish, and it comes from the Latin languaje which tranformed into Castellano(spanish) in Spain
The Word Obscuro comes from the latin word
obscrus;
however afeter a quick research i found that both words (Obscuro - Oscuro) are accepted in the Spanish Real Academy since many people used Oscuro instead of Obscuro, so i own u a apology =]

I took mine from W40k: Kaelisra. Kaelis Ra is the eldar name for the Nightbringer, which is translated as "Destroyer of Light". I thought it fit beautifully.
