Silvermoon, Nagrand and Moonglade.
Side-track:
I think it says a lot about our current culture of minimalism and greed that even with all our technology, we can't even approach the beauty of a city like Silvermoon. Sure, the flying brooms might be a problem of engineering, but that's not what I'm talking about either. Everything in our civilization has to be cheap, efficient and ugly cement blocks. At least back in the days of slavery and barbarism they took some pride in their feats of construction. People don't build nearly enough palaces any more.
*sigh* Perhaps some day...

Well STV without a doubt is one of my favorites, good quests, nice atmosphere, and Booty Bay, the best goblin town in the game by far. Also I remember as a little undead I took a zeppelin to grom'gol, and went exploring....I died close to 20 times admiring the fierce raptors and crocolisks, ahh the good ol' days. I'll have to go back there on my alts.
