And omg, entitled..if your boss comes and say: all sectors will get 3 days off full paid to rest..but your sector, if you can finish what i'll give to you on time, you get a thanks ^^. I doubt you would not ask yourself: why ?
A better analogy would be your boss coming in and telling you he's celebrating his wedding anniversary with his wife this weekend and the employee getting upset because they're not taking them with them.
Dictionary much? That's hardly an analogy for the situation, but if you're uneducated...yeah sure. Your example is like comparing a car to a blade of grass. A true analogy to this situation is as follows:
Boss comes in and tells you and 4 co workers you are all getting a bonus. Boss proceeds to tell your 4 coworkers they will all get a raise just for existing. He then tells you that before you get your bonus, you must first salute him. Once you do, your boss says "congratulations" and that's it...no raise, no nothing. You got a congratulations for having to do something extra while your coworkers all got a raise for doing nothing.
See, that makes more sense. Unless as stated above, you're uneducated self still has trouble understanding

That's a poor analogy. Since the wedding anniversary would be the equivalent of Blizzard employees rewarded an exclusive stein, not the players. A better analogy would be a boss celebrating his company's achievements with his co-workers.
Another example is you and others sharing the same birthday. But only the others get a birthday card and a cake.

Pretty disappointing that WoW only gets an achievement, I really do hope they decide to add something else.
In protest, I'm only going to hug my zergling, but I'll try to hang around Dalaran or Stormwind some for those that do want the achievement once it's active.
Mighty kind of you! I don't have any of these pets so I have rely on the charity of people like you.
I actually kinda like this kind of achievement. Its nice interacting with other players who all share the same goal outside dungeons and raids.

But, I'm going to look on the bright side, here. My sub ends in like 5 days, and now I won't have to worry about re-subbing for some event like the Diablo event. I can do a /salute on a character under level 20, and get the same reward as people who are still paying to stand around for the next 6 months and wait for the level cap to lift.
You are are aware that some more active players have lot of stuff to do until BfA hits, right? Clearing Argus myth, farming Argus/Gul'Dan mounts, getting mage tower and m+15 skins on alts, maybe "Chosen" on more than 1 armor type, farming honor, getting transmog so on so forth. On the other hand, yeah, people that play to simply afk in a city and maybe trolling /2 could qualify for your description.

I'd kinda like it if we got a free SC WoW pet, but we have to choose which one. Sort of like you get an account-wide ach (so that you can't just keep doing it on all characters) that gives you a quest item that has all those potential pet rewards like the one at the end of Children's Week chains.

and put them together with
Blank Diabolic Tome
to form the toy. These both dropped from the Cow King and the Treasure Goblins throughout the Broken Isles.
