this is by far very misleading, it says the main thing to do is farm for tokens but you can only turn in to major cities, I have loads of lovely charms and never farmed or intended to get them, with limited way of turning in. basically play just like u normally do and do the 5 turn ins and you get the same amount at the end as everyone else. no farming needed.

If you are in to transmog, the seven Lovely Dresses/Dinner Suits are a nice addition this year, single color full cover if you are building a theme. Not
too
much effort to get them. You can only apply them during the event, but the look should persist.
The Forever-Lovely Rose is nice, too, if you like a bare headed look, it's fairly subtle. You have a fair chance you will have one drop if you are doing the three apothecary bosses regularly.
