To everyone and their massive QQ over the level requirement to get the mount...you know as well as I do it wasn't going to drop for you anyway. I'm fine with the change, I actively play all 16 of my 110's and even though it won't drop for me either, I feel like this rewards those of us who put the effort into their alts, and don't just spend a half hour reaching level 20 and benching them for years.

&*!@ YOU, BLIZZARD! Seriously.. I've tried for COUNTLESS years to get this mount. Last year? I ran a total of 700 times during the event and STILL no rocket.. now it's going to be even harder this year because of this stupid nerf. I am almost tired of trying to get this mount. It never drops anyway. Starting to think it's a myth!

It's funny, wasn't even aware there was a holiday boss, let alone a mount, since it isn't part of the meta and I completed that years ago. Thanks, now I guess I have a reason to participate in this silly little holiday again..

Welp, while it's sad and sucks for the ppl actively farming this rocket every year with low levels,
It dosen't matter to me since i got 6 max lvl and a bunch of 100, but i am too lazy to do the dungeon every day with all of them, forget the low levels lol
i normally just did the dungeon on 4-5 of my max levels lol
so far after all these years no luck tho :P

Just goes to show that this bunch of Devs are either actively hostile to the player base or just that stupid though I think it is both.

Bravo! People farming for rare items with armies of throwaway alts makes the game worse for everyone, including the people wasting stupid amounts of time to get a pink rocket.
I'm just sad Blizzard doesn't have the courage to make rare items like the Big Love Rocket a one chance per account, per day item. It would make balancing the drop chance a lot easier since everyone would be on an even playing field.
Rare items are becoming a rare thing in WoW, and account-wide stuff is a big reason for that. Being able to use your mounts and toys and stuff on all characters is nice, but the tradeoff should be that you have an account-wide loot lockout for BoA items. The way it works now doesn't make any sense at all.

Legion is the Alt Killer especially when coming to the Holiday Mounts Dropped, Same as Hallows End Screwing Players who have alts able to enter the instance but not able to attain the mount

I'm with Blizz on their reasoning for keeping it 98+. Not sure why people think doing this dungeon on a daily basis is fun. It's tedious and boring enough doing it on eligible alts, but at least I have enough chances to get the mount. I'm a little miffed, sure, but that's a price to pay to have the events scale for the lower levels.

Indeed. And, to be more hardcore, I'd go even further: 1 chance/account to kill any boss from any expac, with a limited number of wipes/week allowed -let's say-5. You wiped more than 5 times on progression? L2P and come back next week. Also a system of deprecating xp - if you didn't log in 24h, you lose, let say, 5% of a level. At max level,you lose certain currency, likely gold. Every time you die in pvp, 1Hk is removed from your total. Also, remove portals from all cities but Dalaran and increase hearthstone cd to 60 min, because a real player should be able to plan his route flawless. And a fatigue system for flying - similar to the one used on brewfest ram quest.
I think these should suffice for start, and hope these quality of life changes would stop people with alts to make game worse for every single real hardcore player.

Nope, screw it, one chance per loot per boss per account... ever. Didn’t get that transmog? Well too bad, you never will. Mount? Nope, never gonna see it.
Oh, did you get super lucky and get something awesome? Only that one toon can use it, ever. Maybe even just once to make sure it’s really super rare?
It’s clearly better for all players to make sure loot is extremely scarce and only 1 toon can use it. Anything else is just catering to the cry babies. Amirite, nmb3000?

Laaaaaaaame, blizz. Really lame. If someone is willing to take 50 characters thru the same bloody scenario, then they deserve to get 50 chances. Why are you punishing people for alts? Oh nevermind, we're still in Legion. 9_9

I have all the dinner suits and lovely dresses from running the event in previous years, but I am not able to transmog them. The wardrobe shows that I do not own them yet. Is there a bug with these cosmetic items?

i get my mount at 2016 and i have 26 110 and several lower toon
so i dont care those change i even pissed of when they nerfed while several year i lvled and non stop farmed and finally get
but i do care quest change now without effort get token is so much hard old days
u click uldum portal sw and go do quest and come
on low lvl if udo like ewlyn forest or duskwood etc
now asku go silverpine forest
well no i cant bother up
they ruin entrie azeroth with lvl scale but still foce people go islly places
they must fix some easier acces few point on doe they insis t lvl scales where u go must be your ll mobs
and who complane about 98 restiriction
reminder till ast year ton of people lvl up caracter max lvl
at panda last 15-17 caracter 90 with done at wod was 20-23
so 1-2 caracter with do and low drop rate month didnt drop so u can get from lvl 20
do you think that will be fair.

or even discounted and add new mount
