Let's face this: WoWHead is a profit-oriented website and didn't worry about updating this for more than ten years as it seems. So why should we use it or even care? If they were interested in getting data or were dependent on it, they probably would keep this up to date and beg their users to use it instead of not even reacting to problems reported to them.
So if it does not work, uninstall it and be happy. What do you lose?
