Apple dataz...
Less corrupt then the Windows data.
Healthier too.
An Apple a day will keep Gates away.

Now you can concentrate on making that Windows client also work in Linux. It is still getting stuck at the initial "Connecting to Wowhead..." with no way forward. I mean, if such complex applications as WoW itself can run perfectly, why can't you fix your client to do the same?
Since MacOS X is a BSD derivative, a Linux port shouldn't be too hard. Of course, that would require the source to be available...
Of course, what would really be cool is to have a small process that sits in the background on Linux. It would monitor the tasklist every so often and when it sees the wine/crossover/cedega task running WoW halt, it would wait a few minutes and then upload. It could probably done in Perl.

I'm sorry to break it to you guys, but... Running WoW on Linux necessitates emulation, which is, to my acknowledge, illegal according to the ToS. I doubt Wowhead will do something that could put them against the ToS...

Finally!! Thank you for adding a MAC Client! :)
I found a small issue in the log. when uploading the previous log entries (2-3 of them) are always at the bottom and it looks like this:
2008.06.03 09:59:10 vorm.: Upload successful. You can upload again after 30 minutes.
2008.06.03 09:59:20 vorm.: Upload complete. Result = 0:6
hecking for uploaded flag…
2008.06.03 09:49:31 vorm.: Nothing to upload to the server
2008.06.03 09:49:31 vorm.: Authentication failed.
And I got the Authentication failed a few times on top of the log but my login is correct.
And does this work for the German Client? The localization.lua of the Addon contains just english phrases.

You need to check yourself before you spout BS.
Blizzard Forum Post Concerning Linux
They won't support it, but they won't ban for it either. Blizzard has said that since the beginning.

Just found an issue with the log. (see above for more details)
if you click in the log all new lines will be added at the position where you clicked and not added at the bottom.

And I enabled "Start at Login" but it does not seem to do anything and I have to launch it manually.

I didn't "spout BS", since "to my acknowledge" meant "I checked my info in 2005 and the announcements were made in 2006". Please, wrongful accusations when you don't know the person will lead to nothing.
