Shield block sets are currently basically useless for raiding. Even with the block value buff last patch, you only ever block a tiny portion of what a boss hits for. It simply isn't worth it.
Your health is low for two main reasons: You are not wearing a stamina trinket (a really nice one drops from the black knight in normal mode), and you are gemming too much for defense and dodge instead of stamina. Every gem you put in a socket should be at least half stamina, unless you simply cannot get uncrittable without defense gems. Since you are at 558 defense, stamina gems are your friend.

Hi,
I was just wondering if the current Endurance racial of the Tauren still only gives +5% based off base health, or if it's been reverted to the old +5% based on max health? Thanks in advance to anyone who answers my question.

Endurance
As you can see, self-explanatory.

im working on my 1st warrior and fast question when's a good time to spec prot? i was told to wait til 70 to speed up lvling but i want your opinion... my warrior's 58 atm arm's spec and i have a helluva time trying to stay alive in hellfire so should i go prot?
thanks BTW nice guide its answered so many questions i had
I switched over at lvl 60 I think the time saved is through dying far less and attacking larger groups while questing. but its mostly personal preference.
